This retrofit project wrapped an existing building with solar shading device, new canopy and crown. The solar shading device is designed to reduce cooling load and increase natural illumination of the interior spaces, while accommodating the service gondola.

In line with the building’s new image for a sustainable environment, the project is part of its new development.
