The 500 sqm shophouse is located next to one of Jakarta’s busiest business district. It houses fabric and glassware products from Srilanka and Spain.

The main store occupies a large portion of the shophouse, and the other tenant will occupy a 60 sqm space at the ground level.

Since the main street does not serve a comfortable pedestrian way, most of the customer will come by their own transportation. Thus, the space in front of the shophouse serve as the parking space and the main retail space is assigned on the second and third floor of the shophouse to give better visual exposure to the street.
