This small house is designed for a couple that started a new family. The spaces, designed inside the house and at the yards, are simply modifiable.
The service area is put at the front part of the house not only to simplified the water and sewage distribution to the city drainage, but also to select the visitors come to the house since the servant spends time mostly in the service area so he/she could monitor the visitors. The current planned functioning spaces are concentrated in one half side of the site to optimize the use of the courtyards.

Also, the space for welcoming the visitors, the patio, becomes a buffer from the noise and air pollution comes from the garage and the street so in the healthier environment within the home could be obtained.
There is a need to separate the space for each bathing activity significantly with doors and at the same time optimize them in one area so that both of the occupants and the visitors could do the different kind of bathing activities without bumping towards each other.
